Ireland is a great place! Know this will be a most inspiring experience....
ReplyDeleteLucky of the Irish for getting you two!
Looking forward to reading the blog.
Safe travels and love to you,

So cool you'll serve where Adam did, and hopefully see them next summer there. I'd like to promise a visit from us too, but depends on what the Lord has in mind for us.
ReplyDeleteSo, top of the morning, to you...'til we meet again!
Love you dearly,
Sheryl
We are excited for you as we know how much our mission meant to us. BUT we are wondering why you are not going to Mongolia? We are serving 2 part-time missions at the present time - Volunteering at the hospital two days a week with the Kesters (remember them) and one day a week at the Utah State Prison in the Women's Section in the Family History Center. We just returned from a Family History trip to Sweden with Gae's brother and sister-in law. What a wonderful time! We got some new records and met some wonderful people and some distant cousins. Good luck to you and enjoy every minute. We still think of you often.

Gae and Dave Myers
The next 24 days will go so quickly! I have always wanted to go to Ireland. I took many Irish History courses at the University of Washington. I look forward to reading about your experiences. May God bless you with health and vitality, and a love for the Irish people. Love, Susan
ReplyDeletefantastic!!! i can't wait to keep up with you :) I was watching the Discovery Channel the other day, and there was a program on Ireland. It was stunningly gorgeous, and the people seemed so kind and welcoming. They also explained that the 3 leaf clover was used to explain the idea of Christianity to those who were not converted. 3 leaves = The Father, The Son, The Holy Ghost. However, they all share a stem, working together as the head of the clover. I thought it was so creative! :) Anyways, I LOVE YOU BOTH and i'm so happy you've chosen to go on a mission. I can't wait to follow in your footsteps!
ReplyDeleteThanks to all of you for your kind comments. We are trying so hard to get ready....visiting family and saying our goodbyes and completing projects at home. It is never ending. Love you all. Lynette and Ron
